InBody FRA
Body Composition Analysis
The InBody FRA was developed to identify fall risk and assess a person’s balance. In principle, the FRA can be used by anyone, but older adults in particular benefit from the results.
Most falls in later life are associated with impaired balance and declining leg muscle strength. By identifying an increased fall risk at an early stage, up to 80% of falls among older adults can be prevented. Even if a fall may initially seem harmless, it can have serious consequences, causing injuries and permanently limiting physical performance.
The InBody FRA helps healthcare professionals identify a patient’s potential fall risk at an early stage. First, the overall fall risk is assessed. If it exceeds a defined threshold, possible risk factors are analysed from different perspectives. With targeted management of these factors and individually tailored measures, fall risk can be reduced sustainably.

Designed for maximum precision
Simple
fall risk screening
The FRA combines data on body composition, balance and muscle strength to assess fall risk. Older adults benefit particularly from this analysis, although it can in principle be used by anyone.
Objective assessment of frailty
The FRA helps professionals monitor mobility, muscle loss and balance over an extended period and initiate targeted measures. Interactive exercises and training programmes also help improve balance in a focused way.
Support for preventive health programmes
The FRA is ideal for geriatric facilities, senior sports programmes and rehabilitation centres that want to reduce the risk of fall-related injuries. Prevention is the best protection.
Personalised treatment and
patient management
The various parameters in the results support a high-quality assessment of balance and fall risk. Clear evaluations and easy-to-understand scores simplify the planning and implementation of treatment measures.
In addition, the FRA enables efficient, personalised patient management by allowing people with an increased fall risk to be continuously supported through regular assessments and targeted measures.

Progress and
improvement with enjoyment
The InBody FRA not only performs balance tests, but also provides targeted balance exercises to improve existing deficits. Based on the initial test, an individually tailored training programme is created for each patient.
The exercises are presented in an engaging way and complemented by integrated applications that specifically promote balance. This makes balance training not only effective, but also motivating and varied.
Comprehensive health parameters
Sensory System Analysis
The sensory system analysis assesses how stably balance is maintained using the somatosensory, visual and vestibular senses. The test, known as m-CTSIB, examines how well a person can maintain balance as sensory input is reduced.
Overall Balance Analysis
This analysis examines how effectively the body’s centre is controlled when maintaining overall balance. It is based on the interaction of the sensory system, nervous system and musculoskeletal system, which together ensure body balance.
Nervous System Analysis
The nervous system analysis measures reaction and holding times to determine how quickly a person responds to a situation. As people age, they react more slowly, which means fall risk can be reduced when hazardous situations can be recognised and assessed quickly.

Body Composition Analysis
Body composition shows in detail which components the body is made up of.
The BWA2.0S provides precise measurements as well as reference ranges for the four key components: body water, protein, minerals and fat.
Up to 20 optional parameters
Enables an individually customisable display with up to 20 optional parameters.
Choose from a range of parameters, such as age-related graphs, segmental analyses and body composition values, clearly available at a glance.
Segmental ECW Ratio Analysis
The segmental ECW ratio is displayed graphically and enables a simple assessment of the balance between ICW and ECW.
Analysing the ECW ratio can reveal indications of possible fluid balance disturbances. This can be particularly helpful when monitoring recovery processes, for example after surgery or during haemodialysis.

The InBody health ecosystem
This comprehensive solution can be seamlessly integrated into a wide range of sectors and forms the basis for modern health concepts. By combining blood pressure measurement, height measurement, handgrip strength measurement and body composition analysis, it creates a holistic picture of the client. On this basis, individual training and nutrition strategies can be developed and precisely tailored to personal needs. Progress becomes transparent and easy to track, supporting lasting motivation on the path to better health and performance.
Maximum professionalism with the
InBody Result Sheet
The InBody Result Sheet is one of the most powerful tools for providing targeted support, guidance and individual advice to clients. It delivers comprehensive health and fitness information that helps professionals give well-founded recommendations and make full use of the potential in client care.
With these detailed insights into body composition, clients can be advised individually, motivated sustainably and supported over the long term.

Lookin'Body
Web
Lookin'Body Web
Lookin’Body Web is a platform developed specifically for professionals to manage and evaluate client data professionally. It makes it possible to define goals together, create groups, for example for programmes such as a 12-week fat loss plan, and organise internal challenges. As a cloud-based tool, Lookin’Body Web helps analyse progress in a targeted way and make it visible. Developments such as muscle gain or fat loss can be presented clearly and integrated effectively into client support.
The InBody App
With the InBody App, you and your clients can easily view and track body composition data at any time. It provides a clear overview of individual health status and presents all relevant health parameters from the InBody measurement in an easy-to-understand format. This keeps all important information readily available and allows it to be optimally integrated into everyday life.
